Industrial tablet PC automated packaging solution

This solution is an automated packaging production line designed for large cartons that cannot be sealed by paper-based bottom-sealing machines. Manually, the paper-based bottom-sealing machine opens and seals the cartons, then conveys them to the carton packer's chain conveyor. The product is then conveyed to the carton packer's internal positioning, where a pneumatic gripper lifts and moves the product to the top of the carton, lowering it to the carton opening. The gripper releases the product, causing it to fall into the carton, while the chain conveyor's stopper releases the carton. The product is then conveyed to the middle of the folding and sealing machine. The automatic folding and sealing machine forms a four-sided folding panel on the carton's surface. After the product is placed inside, it enters the conveyor track driven by side belts. The paper-based folding device on the upper side of the sealing machine activates, completing the folding and sealing in one operation. Entering the front section: The cartons are forcibly turned or conveyed according to a set arrangement to achieve sorting and sequencing. The supply conveyor belt pushes the sorted cartons in the first row into the lifting device using cylinders, then sequentially pushes them into the second and third rows to form a sorting layer. Once cartons are arranged in a specific order to form a group (layer), the stacking machine carries the sorted layer upwards and forwards to the top of the device, where it is smoothly placed on a pallet (or the previous sorted layer), thus completing the automatic process. The device relies on a variable frequency motor and a chain to achieve its lifting, lowering, and forward (reverse) movement. The pallet storage can hold 12 empty pallets, and pallets are supplied to the device at regular intervals according to the program requirements. Power is provided by a separate motor.

The solution utilizes an Industrial Tablet PC touchscreen for human-machine interaction, displaying production speed, fault causes and locations, and achieving a high degree of automation. A PLC programmable controller allows for programming and control of carton sorting, stacking layers, pallet supply, and unloading.

The equipment is equipped with a user-friendly Industrial tablet PC touchscreen display, so you can easily select the correct mode, change the number of products on a tray, adjust production parameters, or simply observe production status and efficiency. The equipment is able to minimize manual workload due to its advanced mechanical technology, extremely low maintenance costs, long-term reliability, and low energy consumption.
