We have finally solved the problem of touchscreen unresponsiveness when wearing gloves in the workshop.

This is a common issue in industries such as auto parts, electronics, and machining, where daily operations require the use of gloves. Most industrial displays on the market often suffer from poor touch sensitivity; this not only hinders workflow but also leads to accidental inputs, equipment damage, and frequent downtime caused by oil, debris, or contaminants on the screen.

We have optimized our industrial displays specifically for this usage scenario. By utilizing a proprietary 10-point capacitive touch algorithm, the displays maintain excellent touch performance even when operators wear nitrile or cotton gloves—ensuring smooth interaction without lag or stuttering when navigating technical drawings or work documents.

The display features a fully enclosed, fanless, all-aluminum chassis. The front panel is IP65-rated for dust and water resistance, ensuring reliable operation amidst cutting fluid splashes, metal dust, and humid environments. The fully bonded screen prevents dust accumulation and fogging, while maintaining touch accuracy over long periods of continuous use. It supports stable operation across a wide temperature range (-10°C to 60°C) and offers strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance, making it suitable for SMT lines, metal component processing, and logistics warehousing.

Powered by industrial-grade Intel processors, these displays are available in various sizes and support multiple mounting options, including wall-mount, cantilever, and embedded installation. They support dual-system compatibility (Windows/Android) and work seamlessly with most mainstream production software. There is no need to purchase specialized touch-compatible gloves, which saves on material costs, simplifies operational workflows, and boosts overall production line efficiency.
