The IP protection level defines the device's ability to protect against solid foreign objects and liquids: IP65 indicates complete dust and water spray prevention; IP67 can be immersed in water for a short period of time without being affected.


Wide temperature design is another key customization feature. The working temperature of standard commercial computers is usually between 0-40 ℃, while industrial computers can be customized to support a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 70 ℃ or even wider.


For high vibration environments, industrial computers can be equipped with shock absorption designs, such as using shock resistant hard drive brackets, reinforcing motherboard fixing points, and elastic connectors, to ensure stable operation under continuous vibration.
