Solution
The design of packaging automatic inspection equipment is based on meeting the basic requirements of users for inspection equipment. The automatic detection equipment consists of a light source, a camera, an image processing system, a defective product removal device, and an industrial computer. The camera records the characteristics of each item and determines whether it is qualified through image processing. Unqualified items will be removed.

Working principle of intelligent detection
1. The packaging bottle passes through a positioning sensor and detects the arrival of the item. The control unit records the item identification number and the current encoder signal.
2. The positioning sensor notifies the camera to capture images of the current item. After the photo is taken, the image is processed by the image processor, which transmits the processing results to the human-machine interface for dynamic display and to the detection control unit.
3. The detection and control unit is divided into four modules - bottle cap detection module, liquid level detection module, spray code detection module, and label detection module. It uses LED light source combined with advanced strobe control technology and adopts a dedicated embedded image processing system to process the continuously collected images in real time. After processing the images, the processing results are sent to the control unit to promptly remove non-conforming products.
